Docks are set and we are open!! Moorage customers!! Please stop by the marina store upon arrive, some slips have changed and the gate code has been updated! There has also been some changes to trailer parking, so come check in!! We are full on seasonal moorage and monthly for July and August. But we do have spots open for May and June!!
Fishing Derby is May 17-19 go to 2024 Detroit Fishing Derby — Detroit Lake Foundation for more information!
Reminders to all summer renters, you must be 21 or older to rent. You must put a reservation deposit down prior to your rental and a damage deposit at the time of rental. No BBQ’s on rental boats. No drinking and driving. Gas is not included in the rental but all state warranted safety gear is included with the rental. Give us a call today to make a reservation!

Its almost opening day! We plan to open May1, 2024 for the summer season! Which means, all seasonal moorage can bring their boats up starting May 1st!!
We are at max capacity for seasonal moorage so please be sure to check in with the store upon arrival to note any potential slip changes and to make sure all contracts are up to date and complete. If you still have yet to turn in your contract, please do so as soon as possible! We need contracts before boats enter the marina!
We are also fully booked for the months of July and August as a monthly option. However, still have some openings for May and June. We also have weekly and overnight options available.
All waitlists have been closed and will restart again come March of 2025.
RENTALS! Let’s get those boats rented! We have quite a few openings all through the summer! Call today to make your reservations! 21 and over to rent or drive!
The marina will be closed Mondays during the month of May.

** MARCH 20TH RETURNING MOORAGE DEADLINE**
March 20th will be the last day to reclaim your slip from 2023. All payments must be made, mail must be post marked no later than the 20th in order to receive your slip from last season. We have a long waiting list and will start making calls to fill spots that have not been paid for. DO NOT MISS OUT!!
Waitlist for seasonal moorage is still closed due to length. We have monthly openings for May and June only. All other months are booked.

Moorage! The deadline for returning moorage is March 20th! Don’t forget to get contracts and payment to secure your same slip. If you are not returning, please let us know ASAP as we have a waitlist for both seasonal and monthly moorage.

Hello and happy new year!!
Here is some information to let you know what we are planning for the next few months!
MOORAGE –
We will be sending out 2024 moorage contracts to all seasonal moorage customers mid-late January. There will be a deadline for when payment and contracts must be returned to receive last year’s slips. Since we were at full capacity last season, we will be filling all open slips after the posted deadline date.
We will be opening a wait list for anyone wanting seasonal OR monthly moorage starting February 1. How the wait list will work:
- The waitlist will be first come first served. No payment will be required to get onto the wait list as you will not be guaranteed a spot. However, as spots come available you will be contacted, and payment must be made to secure the slip. (This will be mid-late March.) Last season’s waitlists do not apply.
If you wish to move slips:
- Please inform us along with your contract and payment. We will be making a second waitlist, also first come first served and as spots open up, we will place people. Receiving the slip/side/area you desire is not guaranteed and will not be done until April.
- This is the time we will also let you know if you are next in line for a deck slip.
RENTALS –
We will open our books for boat reservations April 1 for May – July. We will not open August reservations until June. All reservations must be made over the phone and have a $50 deposit (per vessel) paid to hold reservation.
We are working from home offices during the off season, so business hours are limited. If you cannot get through, please be sure to leave us a voicemail or an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
